I am a college student studying philosophy. I am interested in political theory, esp. leftist thought, and I have always wanted to write about these things online. As you can tell by the title I am heavily inspired by Mark Fisher. But I can't lie, most of his cultural critiques fall short with me as I am not the most avid movie watcher. I was very into all kinds of media as a child but, tbh, I've spent the last few years just sitting around, staring at the wall, and thinking. Some people find that depressing but I really don't mind it.
aside from theory/politics, i have always been into art, however I have also lost touch with this as a hobby. I hope working on this site will help me reconnect with my creativity.
